MacPherson Law, LLC in January 2014, 5 years after establishing a satellite office of MacPherson Law Center, a respected law firm in Mountain Grove, MO. Her vision when opening her own practice was to provide responsive, compassionate, and experienced representation to every client, regardless of the potential value of the case,

Ms. MacPherson is the youngest of three daughters to a close family and is a proud mother to two beautiful sons, who are being raised as fourth generation Nixa natives. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys photography, design and spending time with her husband and sons.

Tracy Burks has been a vital part of legal team at MacPherson Law, LLC since 2014. Tracy grew up a short distance from Springfield, MO in Seymour, MO. After high school, Tracy attended Missouri State University from 2002 - 2006 and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Working closely with Attorney MacPherson on every case the firm handles, Tracy has developed a knowledge and skill level not often found in most paralegals. Clients find her to be not only an excellent resource for information, but also a compassionate and positive presence during what are often difficult times.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys singing country and gospel music, embracing outdoor adventures, cooking, reading, watching professional sports and spending time with her husband, Jason, family and friends.
