Springfield Community Involvement

Making a Difference

MacPherson Law strives to make a difference in the communities of Nixa and Springfield, MO, where we live and work.

Doing Our Part for Our Springfield Neighbors

At MacPherson Law, we are proud to be known for our sincerity and integrity as much or more than our winning record. In the end, our goal is to not only be a successful firm but also one of value. With that goal in mind, our staff actively contributes to building the greater Springfield, MO community.

Springfield Community Involvement

Volunteering & Donating

MacPherson Law strives to help support the Springfield Metro community on a regular basis. Ashleigh MacPherson feels a personal obligation to get involved in community building: "I am an active pro-bono panel member of the Legal Services of Southern Missouri, an organization that provides attorney services free of charge to low-income clients. I am also grateful for the chance to serve on the advisory board for Christian County Wish I May Foundation as well as my role as chairman for “Boots and Bling,” an event benefitting Care to Learn – Nixa. Being in a position to give back is a blessing and a joy."

MacPherson Law is also an annual financial donor for Developmental Center of the Ozarks, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Christian County Wish I May Foundation and High Pointe Elementary PTA.

Mentoring Students

The MacPherson Law legal team finds it truly rewarding to help protect clients on a daily basis, so they invest time helping interested students find the right path to pursue similar careers. As Ashleigh has said, "Mentorship is a cause we take very seriously and enjoy very much. We have provided guidance and mentorship for junior high, high school and college students who are considering practicing law or working in the legal field. I have also volunteered for the Nixa High School career readiness program as well as served as a career day speaker for Nixa elementary schools.
