Our Legal Team
Personal Injury Lawyer | Wrongful Death Lawyer | Experienced Paralegal
Perhaps because Attorney Ashleigh MacPherson was raised in the Springfield, MO area herself, the Midwestern principles her parents instilled are evident in all that her law firm does: “My staff and I are blessed with the chance to offer people guidance and help during times that are difficult and often overwhelming. In many cases, our clients face tremendous physical or financial hardship due to an accident or disability—or worse, they have tragically lost a loved one; the ability to relieve some of that burden while working toward the compensation they deserve is very fulfilling. I am also very fortunate that my staff sets the highest standards for themselves in their work. We believe our clients deserve compassionate, competent and responsive counsel, and we strive to live up to that ideal every day.”

Our Law Firm's History
Practiced | Accomplished | Reliable
Before opening the doors at MacPherson Law, LLC, just south of Springfield, MO in Nixa, MO, people had been turning to MacPherson Law Center for help with Personal Injury Law, Wrongful Death Law and Disability Law since the 1980s. Originally led by Attorney Cynthia MacPherson, the local law firm welcomed Ashleigh MacPherson aboard in 2008. Six years later, when Cynthia was appointed by the governor as Associate Circuit Judge of Ozark County, Ashleigh was ready to take the reigns. As Ashleigh puts it, “learning from such an accomplished mentor left me poised to continue MacPherson Law’s tradition of providing clients attentive, outstanding legal services.
